First off let me say that this company is a great company to do business with. Shea is the representative that I worked with directly when my roof was battered from a hail storm. Shea informed me that he will look at my roof and would only suggest a repair if the roof met the requirements to be repaired. Shea did not try to pressure me into getting my roof replaced, it felt as though he generally wanted to help me out if need be. Of course it is the job to garner business but Shea did not sales pitch me on "must have it done, and it must be done by my company because we are the best and...." fill in the blank with the generic sales pitches that are usually given. After he inspected my roof he told me that he feels like it needs to be repaired especially since the 20 year old roof had never been replaced. Once again, I never felt pressure to say yes. Shea gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to reach out if I wanted to move forward. After about two weeks, I called him and informed him that I wanted to move ahead with the replacement. Shea made sure Results Roofing handled the interactions, with my approval and knowledge on every step, with my insurance company. The process was simple and streamlined. These guys were amazing. Rob DeLima under promised and over delivered. Great customer service, the guys were professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. My new roof looks great! So glad I went with these guys.

They came to fix the sleeve that goes on the pluming vent of the roof while it was raining and no other company was willing to come out. There was a lot of water coming in the house and they fixed it without hesitation. Great customer service, did an amazing job and very reasonable pricing.

We worked with Von and Rob on our roof replacement after significant hail damage. They were great partners through the whole process. They were in constant contact with updates and did what they said they would do. Most importantly they did a great job on our roof. We had a couple of hiccups, as with any large project, but they were professional about navigating through the issues. They additionally are just great guys to work with - very friendly and positive. After having gone through multiple companies in the past, we had the best experience with results roofing and would absolutely use them again.

Chase and Results Roofing were a pleasure to work with. Handled everything with the insurance company after the claim was made, very transparent about the whole process. Roof looks great and were able to come out on Saturday to work around my schedule since I work from home. Highly recommend!
