These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of resultsroofing.com (the "Site") operated by Results Roofing ("we", "us", or "our"). By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About our services

Results Roofing is a licensed roofing construction company providing residential roof inspection, repair, replacement, new installation, emergency response, maintenance, and metal roofing services in Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The Site is a marketing surface only; any actual project requires a separate, signed contract between you and Results Roofing that governs the scope, price, and warranty for that specific job.

Information on the Site, including pricing references, timeframes, and service descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes. Final terms for any project are those captured in the signed contract for that project.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form, including impersonating another person or providing a property address you do not own or are not authorized to represent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to scrape content, submit forms, or interfere with the operation of the Site, except for well-known search-engine indexing.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source of any portion of the Site.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photography, illustrations, and the underlying code, belongs to Results Roofing or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Results Roofing does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. 7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Results Roofing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any other intangible loss, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability under any separately signed project contract; that contract governs the work itself.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Results Roofing harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. The parties shall make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
